River House Hours

The River House hours are from Dawn to Dusk, 7 days a week. We welcome residents to utilize the observation deck/fishing dock, boat ramp, the walking trail, picnic areas, fenced play area, and canoe racks.

Sales Office

If you are new the neighborhood, welcome! We invite you to visit the Sales Office 10am – 5pm on Monday through Saturday and 12pm – 5pm on Sunday. You may also schedule an appointment with us to ensure we have the necessary time available to show you all that Twin Rivers has to offer.
